What are my protein options during the week?

On A Days you will add either a serving (or partial serving) of protein powder or pasteurized egg whites to every other juice. On B and C days, your snacks will be protein snacks that could include a protein shake with almond milk, turkey jerky, salmon jerky, grassfed beef sticks, smoked salmon and cucumber, hard boiled egg whites, or dry roasted edamame. Protein selections for meals can include lean grass fed meats (93% and above) and lean fish.
