What are some common reasons for a weight loss plateau when juice fasting or exercising regularly?

Over stressing the body, or doing too much, raises the stress levels in the body, which raises the cortisol levels. Typically this occurs when clients demand too much from their body while in a caloric deficit, or burn too many calories through exercise while eating too little. One of the things we recommend is to scale back on juicing or to scale back on fitness. Typically we scale back first on fitness, followed by juicing.
