Do I have to follow the meal plan now that I am making my own juicing schedule?

You can either follow the meal plan OR create a customized meal plan with antiinflammatory foods, omitting gluten, dairy, artificial sweeteners, caffeine, alcohol, processed, packaged, and fast foods.
