We recommend organic whenever possible, because it offers the most concentrated form of nutrients from that vegetable. So whenever you can, juice organic. However, if you cannot find it, simply peel and wash your produce as clean as possible, especially apples, carrots, cucumbers, beets, etc. Make sure to prioritize vegetable washing. Stick to the dirty dozen and the clean fifteen as a good reference for what to buy organic and what you can get away with buying conventionally.
