What are my healthy fat options on the plan and how much can I have of each per serving?

Healthy fat is very important to your body and mind! We prioritize avocado, olive oil, MCT oil, coconut oil, almond butter, and nuts/seeds. 1 TBSP of the oils or almond butter, 1/4 avocado, or 15-20 nuts are a typical serving size for most fats in this program.
