Most importantly, learn to juice ahead of time. If you are going out to dinner or meeting a friend for lunch, juice ahead of time and bring your juice with you. Minimally consume it before you go, so that you’re not hugry, but ideally bringing your juice with you is perfect. Having a soda water and lemon or lime on the side is also great. It’s like sparkling water! Finding some alternative acitivities such as meeting up with friends for a walk, doing a yoga sesson, or trying something other than food is most ideal. Try to control the social setting as much as possible, like choosing the restaurant, bringing the food you can eat, etc.
