How does exercising fit in with a juicing program? Why is it important?

Physical activity is important for stimulating the lymph system, which is critical in the detoxification process. While you are juice fasting, we do not encourage hard or strenuous exercise. Instead, we recommend restorative, slow fitness such as stretching, yoga, light swimming, and massage. On the days that you are not juice fasting, regular exercise is encouraged.
