Typically, lethargy is caused by the juicing induced caloric deficit. Feeling exhausted and tired are common if your body isn’t primed to utilize body fat for energy when fasting. Practice will make this easier and your body will adapt. Adding MCT or coconut oil to your juice is fabulous for combatting fatigue, or having some avocado or other healthy fat helps as well. A secondary alternative is to add protein powder to your juices to increase satiety and decrease hunger.
